The Loc Doc Universal Referral Program

The Details:
For every 5 clients you refer to the Loc Doc, that make an appointment AND has a Loc Doc service provided for them (valued at $65 or more), you will receive a $25 gift card to the place of your choice (from our exhaustive list of gift cards).  There is NO limit to the number of people you refer and therefore, no limit to the number of gift cards you can earn.  The Loc Doc URP is just our way of saying “Thank you” for telling people about us. Both clients AND non-clients must register.
 
The Logistics:
  1. Register on the Loc Doc Referee Database located on www.thelocdoc.com and click on “Universal Referral Program”
  2. The Referral must mention your name.  To help them remember you will be provided with coupons to give to your Referrals.  There is a space provided on the coupon where you can write your name and Referee Unique Identifier Number.
  3. The Loc Doc will notify you via email or SMS when your Referrals make and appointment and when the Referrals’ services are rendered.
  4.  After you have 5 completed Referrals, the Loc Doc will confirm your 5 referrals and will send your selected $25 gift card via email, or United States Postal Service mail.
  5. Each referral credit expires 1 year after services have been rendered to your Referral.
  6. You can refer as many people as you desire, however, gift cards will be given ONLY after ever 5 Referrals. In order to receive Referral credit, the Referral must have a service rendered that is valued at $65 or more in ONE appointment.
  7. You don’t have to be an actual Loc Doc client to benefit from the Loc Doc Universal Referral Program.  You only need to be registered in the Loc Doc Referee Database. Both clients AND non-clients must register.

Universal Referral Program (URP) Database Sign-up
 
In order to receive proper credit for Referrals under this program, each Referee MUST be signed up in the URP Database.  Failure to sign-up and agree to URP terms forfeits any rights to receiving Referral credit AND/OR gift cards. Both clients AND non-clients must register.
