About The Loc Doc
Carla is the Loc Doc. She is a highly experienced and professional natural hair care specialist. She has practiced this craft for over 7 years. She learned how to care for natural hair while also in school matriculating as a Doctoral student (hence the name "The Loc Doc") in the city of Chicago.
Embracing this as her TRUE passion, the Loc Doc makes every effort to hone her skills and continue on improving the talent that God has blessed her with. Starting off learning how to perfect various locing techniques, she is also experienced performing many other natural hair care specialties, such as: loc extension, two & three strand twist, loc styling, Senegalese twist, and much more. Additionally, she is currently developing a natural hair care product line for use by natural hair care specialist or individuals with natural hair care styles. The Loc Doc has worked with clients across the United States, including: Arizona, Illinois, New Jersey, Florida, and Texas.
